The <a href=\"http:\/\/carnegiescience.edu\/\">Carnegie Institution for Science <\/a>has a nice check heading their way, courtesy of &#8216;Honorbound&#8217; sales. It was a lot of fun writing the music, and I&#8217;m extremely grateful to everyone who has written to me expressing their enjoyment.<\/p>\n<p>As you get older, you realize that the number of really great people that you meet tends to dip. This is multiplied exponentially if you work in the entertainment industry. I can tell you with absolute certainty that there are a great group of people in a town near you &#8212; You&#8217;ll find them behind a big table at a &#8216;Star Trek&#8217; movie premiere wearing crazy makeup and shaking scary-looking weapons. If you&#8217;re a trekkie and you haven&#8217;t met the Klingons yet, seize the opportunity to do so as soon as possible. You&#8217;ll want to be one of them before you know it.<\/p>\n<p>As most of you know, I tend to make most of my living in music through video games. I don&#8217;t tour, I don&#8217;t &#8216;play out,&#8217; I&#8217;ll never have five-thousand screaming fans in an arena demanding an encore. The rock star life just isn&#8217;t the one for me, and the positive feedback I&#8217;ve received from this goofy little album of music inspired by the Klingon Empire has been an absolute joy. I&#8217;d love to thank all of you personally, but I wouldn&#8217;t have time to write any more music!
